I cannot say enough about Tammy and Rick. We lost my dad last year and mom decided she was ready to move into something smaller and cozier after 30 plus years in a big old home in South Amityville We saw a listing for a townhome in The Admiralty in Bay Shore. Tammy was the agent. Mom made an offer Tammy negotiated the price and it was excepted and then Tammy listed mom’s home. Rick immediately took over helping to get us missing c/o’s running all over to get it done! The Ramsays were listing agents of a house that I bought. They were not the real estate agent that I had used. They were however the only people that had access to the house that I was buying. Multiple times all parties agreed on a confirmed time to view the house. Upon arriving at the house on the multiple times that all parties agreed upon, the Ramsay Realtor team did not show up at all and left us standing outside the house. My real estate agent had to go to the Ramsay headquarters and pick up the key multiple times to let us in and see the house. I will say that there were also times that the owners Rick and Tammy had let us in the house, but were not able to answer many questions about the house when asked
