I am closing on a house and knew the condition of the swamp cooler and furnace could lead to issues down the road. I relayed these concerns to my home inspector Parrish. He identified the issues and presented us with proof via photographs and written explanation to help us justify Why the sellers should share the cost of replacing the entire system. Upon my arrival, He was just wrapping up his work and gave me A tour of the home and all of the inspections that he had completed. I really appreciated his explanations and examples he provided on even the little things, such as why the windows needed to be replaced, or his process for identifying leaks in the piping that would have been difficult without special tools, and his recommendations on how to address each problem. We had a great experience! It was super easy to work with them and they were very patient with our questions and explained things super well. They were also very personable and easy to talk to and we got some good advice about other things with the house outside of just what was wrong. It was amazing!

I feel overall the services recieved were very good. I am leaning in more towards the customer service & professionalism of the company as a whole in this particular review. The reason it is not a 5star was because there were more than a couple issues that although either got corrected or settled someplace in the middle, I feel like they could have been totally avoided. The lack of basic tools to perform a semi abnormal function. But as inspectors one would imagine they would have at the minimal a star screw driver OR the willingness to drive a few minutes to the store to grab a cheapy.
