We have lived here for 3 years and have loved it! The. Amenities are top teir and the staff is amazing! MaryChase is the office is amazing and very knowlegable. Ask for her if you come to tour! You will not be disappointed!

I’ve toured a lot of apartments lately, and it’s rare to meet someone who actually listens and makes you feel like a priority, but she did exactly that. I moved into Viviano not too long ago, and honestly, it’s been a solid setup. The townhomes are kept really clean, and it’s nice having all the everyday essentials just a quick drive away. Super convenient. I’ve got to mention Jon from maintenance, though — that guy is on top of it. Any time something comes up, he handles it quickly and actually knows what he’s talking about. No guessing, no back-and-forth. He just shows up, fixes it, and you’re good. It’s the kind of reliability I’m used to from back home, so it’s been a nice surprise.
