We love our new home! Building a house is so fraught with issues, but working with Priority Builders made the process so much easier. We appreciated the help in design from Alicia Madsen which helped us personalize the space more than we had imagined. She had great ideas and really understood what we were trying to create. And Jared Freeman went above and beyond to make sure things were done right. He was responsive and patient and dedicated to follow-through. When we were told how quickly the house would be ready, we were skeptical that a builder could stay to schedule, but we were pleasantly surprised. Every day I am grateful for this beautiful new house that Priority created.

As first-time homebuyers, the idea of new construction was daunting. We selected Priority Builders because of their reputation as a local, quality-focused new home builder and they exceeded all our expectations. Before we signed our contract at the end of March, we had concerns about the timeline because our current lease was set to expire at the end of September. I didn't have a good experience at all. Don't be fooled by reviews on here from family and employees of priority. Took 2.5 years from signing to moving in. Along the way I was promised 11 different closing dates. Multiple construction errors and shortcuts throughout the community. Shower drain flooded, the drain knock out was left in the P trap blocking flow. Paid upgrades were never completed. Come to find out the building manager was convicted in other states for fraud. I'm now left with broken promises, mold, and moisture problems to fix on my own. Window wells rusting out after only one year. Mud under the slap and not gravel. Moldy insulation and concrete in the basement. Foundation backfill was done with clay and water. The list goes on.
