I just want to preface this review by saying, I am a very responsible and clean tenant. I paid my deposit and rent on time every month. I never caused any issues during my 14 month lease and always communicated appropriately. Unfortunately, management did not do the same. During my short stay, I experienced a flood in the middle of July because management did not keep up with maintenance for the building, there was a huge flood from the water pipes bursting. The hallways were a hazard to walk through, and my apartment was severely impacted. Despite the effect it had on my everyday space and life, I was understanding and worked with maintenance to help resolve the issue. They set up fans and dehumidifies in my apartment using my power to dry the flooded area. This went on for two mo

I was reluctant from moving from a house to an apartment but I'm glad I did because I've had a great experience here. It was also very important for me that my children and I feel safe in our home and we definitely do. My neighbors are kind and friendly. My apartment has a nice floor plan and it's spacious. The view from my balcony is gorgeous, I have a decent view of the mountain range. The management team is amazing, I cant say enough about them. Management is very serious about making sure quiet hours are enforced which I highly appreciate. I also love the year round hot tub, it's fantastic! The maintenance team is quick and efficient. Yard maintenance keeps the area beautiful. I even see hired help to pick up any trash laying around and making sure salt is spread on the ground early m

Wish I could give them 0 stars. No parking, if you do park overnight, it requires a parking pass which you can’t get unless the place is open and they will not hesitate to tow your car. Not to mention the apartments are old, no gym, appliances are crappy and management is horrible. Stay away from this place.

I lived here for seven years. The first few years were normal. Unfortunately, the last two years the customer service was very bad. There were mice in the gardens, multiple businesses like mechanics' shops that operate in the place with or without permission. Even the clients of these places locked my garage several times. The answer was always that they would investigate, but the situation kept happening. They broke the window of my car twice and the management always said "I'm sorry." They didn't return the deposit on two occasions (I used several types of apartments there), alleging some expenses (although I took many photos of how they gave me the apartment). Last year they raised my rent by $400 even though they now rent the same apartment for $400 less. Don't rent here is my recommen

Only lease I’ve ever resigned. People working in the office are one of the biggest reasons. They’re exceptional. They’ve worked with me multiple times when I’ve made a mistake, like forgetting to pay rent and calling me before I get a late fee. They’ve brought me snacks, communicated well whenever things are happening, they have urgency for the people they’re responsible for and deserve recognition. Love living here.
