Yost management excited you came aboard!! At this point not to happy with property manager here at Kingsbury campus. She doesn't return calls better yet her husband hung up on me last week trying ask about my rent cause supposedly I'm behind I've never been behind on my rent!!! Never got notices phone calls anything?now there trying come after me when I had no clue bout this!! I was paying 900$ a month when Trina left when Tanya came she says oh no your 750$ so I started paying that amount now she's trying act clueless don't want to bother with this resident she knows I'm telling truth!! Nvr had any problems with my PM always paid rent.... Double Dipping

Yost recently took over management at my apartment complex. Within the first month they redid our parking lot which was much needed. Tawnya the manager is very friendly and understands. She addressed some of my concerns and helped me get set up with the new system they use for maintenance and rent.

I moved here from michigan to be closer to ill family members. BMM rescued me from my first apartment and has been MY SAVING GRACE! Friendly staff, kind quick maintenence. Genuine people. Apartments are well managed and cared for. The space is a nice place to expand. Walking distance to the university

Yost Management is great to rent from. The apartment manager Ethel, at the Metropolis location is great, very attentive. A great place to live.

Rented home 24-25 student year and have not received security deposit after vacating August of this year. Notified 4 times and keeps stonewalling.
