Charleston Meadows II

I came into inquire more information on available units and income guidelines. I spoke to the lady in the office whose name is Montana I believe. She was so sweet and patient with me when asking a ton of questions. She really is one of the nicest and most caring people I have ever dealt with. She does not own the property and does have to abide by the rules of the corporation, so unfortunately her hands can be tied a lot of the times. What I do know is she will try and work with people as best as she can and she goes out of her way to make sure people are comfortable.

Montana is great. One of the best i’ve seen around. She’s very sweet and polite and very respectful! She doesn’t discriminate against ANYONE FOR ANYTHING! She’s always on top of things!

Warning!! Do not rent from this property! Some of their units have been condemned permanently from the health department and building inspector. Property manager Montana is extremely lazy, does not return phone calls and has allowed bed bug infestations to go without being treated. She is selling illegal substances out of the office unit. Absolutely number one scumlord and property manager.

A few years ago this property was unkempt and was a real eyesore in the community. The current property manager has really turned it around over the last couple years. The landscaping is nice, the trash is kept under control. I don't see all the loitering that I used to. They have really turned this place around and it has blessed the community. Awesome job!

Montana was great! She helped answer all the questions I had, and she helped me fill out forms I didn't understand!
