The Millennium

I stayed in the Millennium apartments after I graduated from EIU and it was a great transition into the real world and living on my own. The apartment is a great size with lots of storage. It has an open feel to it. The building itself is always clean! I also love how the front door is locked, so not just anyone can walk in the building! This is a great place to look into if you’re wanting to live in Charleston, IL.

The Millennium was my first off campus residence while I have been a student at EIU in Charleston. The staff is friendly, maintenance around the property is a priority, and our voices as tenants are always heard. Our unit is remodeled and up to date, and it is the perfect college apartment for my roommates and I to make memories in!

The Millennium is one of the nicest places to live in Charleston, very clean and secured. They also have friendly staff at their office and one thing I like most about management is their quick response when it comes to maintenance. All you need to do is just make a call and there will be someone to get things fixed!

The landlord here is great and the staff are nice. I got a great deal for the months that I’ve been here and I’m very blessed with how it worked out for me having to move here for clinical.

Worst place I have ever lived, everything is terrible and the other tenants are terrible people
