Yorkshire Woods Apartments and Townhomes

Yorkshire is among my favorite places I've lived when renting. I was relocated for work, so unfortunately had to leave my gem of an apartment! Close proximity to CVNP, nestled behind a golf course by Chapel Hill which absorbs much of the traffic sounds and allows for you to feel like you're tucked away in nature. Residents on the bottom floor add charm by taking care of and adding in gardens that are well taken care of. All the balconies and units show individual living making this a very enjoyable space to call home. Maintenance is prompt as long as YOU'RE prompt in reporting needs. And even if they are delayed, they seem to ensure problems are resolved in the immediate. They have spent time updating the grounds, and ensure the grounds are WELL taken care of in both summer and winter.

Yorkshire wood is one of the best places I've ever rented. I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with yorkshire wood Property management . The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming graduate students and Cleveland area looking for safe place for living . In some ways, Thank you so much!! Sandy and Ben are absolutely amazing leasing managers. I have lived here for almost 5 years and it really is a great place to live. The nature aspect as well as the people are great. I was recently laid off by my company and Sandy and Ben were very understanding and happy to work with me on payment schedule for now until I get back on my feet. They are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I lived here for about 1.5 years during the pandemic. An elderly gentlemen in a wheelchair lives there with a black and white dog. This dog is lovely to humans, but is not compatible with other dogs. As I moved out, this elderly man watched us and his dog escaped. My dad stopped the dog from attacking another dog and returned it to its owner. Then, as I was leaving, this elderly man started screaming at me about how I was a bunch of horrible names I won’t repeat on google. I was nothing but polite to this man during my stay at Yorkshire Woods. I told Yorkshire woods of this and the female working there assured me they would look into it. I called back a year later to see what had been done, Ben informed me that nothing had been done and that if I was really that scared I would have called

We lived here for 2 years and had zero complaints. Maintenance was always there the day that you put in the ticket or the very next morning and they actually fix the problem instead of cover it up. Grounds were always clean. Rent payment is easy. Yes the rent goes up every year but it’s minimal compared to most places. Move out process was pretty standard. The office staff were always nice (especially Sandy). We would have lived here longer if we didn’t buy a house.
