Forest Ridge

I cannot express enough, this is the greatest apartment I’ve ever lived. Seems a little pricey on the outside, but the accommodations aren’t the only thing you’re paying for. We have a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, two bathrooms and a garage, and that’s just the standard luxuries. This is a very quiet comfortable community. We can’t hear our neighbors nor can they hear us no matter how loud we think we might be some nights. We can’t even hear each other unless we’re right behind each others bedroom doors. The apartment feels like home, and I can see myself spending many years here. Finally, past the apartment itself, our property manager Audrey, is just a delight. I’ve had decent apartments in the past with rough-around-the-edges managers who I always dreaded talked

By far best renting experience I’ve had in my 10 years of renting apartments. Audrey and her team are amazing and have great communication. I can’t say enough nice things about this apartment and staff, amazing location from downtown Cuyahoga falls basically right in between Kent and stow as well. I will miss this apartment very much and hope this review helps the next tenants find what they’re looking for.

She’s professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. Anytime I’ve had a question or maintenance request, Audrey responds quickly and takes care of it without delay. The community itself is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, you can tell Audrey truly cares about keeping Forest Ridge a great place to live. Been living here for almost a year and it’s been fantastic. The apartment is very nice. Audrey the property manager is super friendly. Maintenance is timely and does great work!

My mom has lived there over 2 years. Very happy how quiet it is. The grounds are very well maintained. Audrey the property manager is wonderful. Very caring and goes out of her way to help in anyway she can. My mom is very happy there.
