Hillcrest Apartments

I like the management group of the property they are always helpful. Some people in the appartment complex can be problems but its nothing you dont get anywhere else. Over all I like living here! Very easy move in process as well.

My daughter has lived in this apartment for one year now and pays over $900. to live in a place that was never properly cleaned when she moved in the air conditioner was a dirty mess the floors were not cleaned.and the manager said they didn't have time and my daughter needed a place to live with her 2 kids and a cat .the drain backed up the first week she was there.they didn't come to fix it her dad did ! ( They didn't have a plumber for this apartment house.) Now she sees black mold and she calls the office they put a work order in so she leaves work early and no one shows up said they never got the order.then the next week they come with a spray wipes it up and tells her it's from a leak on the roof and it's coming down to her apartment.she is on the bottom floor.well the mold is back

The AC has been broken for 4 months now, they keep saying they will fix it, but guess what, it isn’t fixed and this past week the thermostat has clocked 85° because there is a crazy heatwave going on. My dog is barely chugging along and me and my Fiancée have been up for nights on end because it is too hot to sleep. They won’t even give us a portable AC unit in the meantime. Such ridiculous management.

Have a friend that lives in these apartments. The landlord refuses to address the massive mold problem in her unit. She has shared photos of all of her belongings with mold growing on them. No matter where she puts her things, mold grows on them. Despite multiple requests to maintenance and directly to the landlord, nothing has been done to fix this issue. Avoid at all costs!
