This man is a perfect guy to do any home inspection! He gives you a thorough look at what he sees and helps you to understand what you should notice and what it could mean for you as a homeowner. Most of the time, when you are a woman men do not want to give you much respect because they do not think you know anything. He wholeheartedly was not like that with me! He showed up early and was already inspecting the outside before we got there. Charles did a thorough job and was great at explaining his findings. We got the report extremely fast.
