We have dealt with a lot of realtors and Theresa Layton is by far the most personable, honest, and hardworking of all of them. Not only did she share her honest review of homes we looked at, but she worked around the clock to find us our perfect place and was accommodating with our opposite work schedules. She found a home that met all of our needs. The Selling Agent lacked on their end of the deal, so she had a lot of extra work to do without any additional compensation.
