Brian did a fantastic job selling my rental townhouse. I live out of town, so he handled all logistics with my property manager and the tenant. We had a buyer contract that fell through right before closing and he quickly put the townhouse back up for sale and sealed a new deal. I definitely recommend him as a realtor who is looking out for his clients' best interests. His hard work and perseverance are impeccable.
