Very pleased with the service Ryan and Dayna provided when I had to sell my late brother's estate. Was concerned that listing the home after Thanksgiving wouldn't be the time buyers are looking to purchase, but Ryan found a buyer within 2 weeks, and both Ryan and Dayna kept me appraised of where we could make settlement. I live across the state and wasn't able to attend in person but was very pleased with their professionalism, attention to details, and urgency in settling this estate.
