Yerra Bella Apartments

This place is absolutely perfect!* Teighlor Herd is an amazing apartment manager here and has always taken care of all of our needs efficiently and effectively. These apartments under new management has really been great for us!** Highly recommend becoming a tenant here. Very nice, clean, and suitable for all who are looking for a great short or long term place to call home.

So very helpful, clean well kept with friendly neighbors and access to town

Most people who live here will not post reviews because they’re scared to but I’ll just come out and say it. My apartment is always flooding (everytime it rains) and there is nothing the will do about it. There is a maintenance man but don’t let that fool you, they don’t have the money for supplies to actually fix anything. I pay 1400$ for a 2 bedroom. Also the website shows amenities but there are no amenities (No mail room, no Pool, no gym, no dog park, no bbq grills) dogs are allowed to poop anywhere with no consequence there are no poop bins or signs that say clean up after your dog. Needless to say pretty tacky for the price I pay. Neighbors here are great! But prices need to be lower or they need to use that money to put back into their apartments before they cave in on themselves. V

Great location, brand new apartments

Nice apartments from what I've seen but on the more expensive side, especially for Bonham. A 1 bedroom is $1095 per month plus utilities. 2 bedroom I didn't ask about but I believe is around $1300 per month or so. They are open for lease now.
