UPDATE: Steve Martin finally called back. Basically the home inspection report means nothing to these people. His advice was to call the state and have an inspection done and they'd do whatever that inspector recommends. Video of water coming in my stove vent hood means nothing cause they sprayed water on the roof vent and there is no evidence of a leak. The door that won't lock is fine. The mold in the breaker box isn't a problem. The ac barely blowing on one end of the house is fine. Clayton Bonham you should be ashamed of yourselves. Biggest regret of my life buying a Clayton Bonham home. Quality and craftsmanship is ZERO!!! In one year I've had 7 different "handymen" show up to "fix" issues. Please, I repeat PLEASE DO NOT BUY CLAYTON MOBILE HOMES!!! They are worthless unfortunately I purchased a mobile home in 2019 and till this day I had to replace the Roof, Cabinets and much more, and on top they take so long to have someone come fix something in the home.

Been sitting for 3 hours they're just running around

I bought a home that was manufactured here so I had a warranty with them. When my AC stopped working I notified them to fix it. The customer service people were rude and pretty much ignored me. I went over a month with no AC. Finally when I threatened legal action they had it fixed the next day. They clearly just didnt want to own up to the warranty. I dont like posting negative reviews but this company is really bad. I had a month with no AC and they didn't care

How many ways can you say HORRIBLE, has to rank with one of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with. I have left message after message over the past 2 months with no return call yet. Avoid these folks at all cost..
