Great place to live! The apartment is clean, we'll maintained, and in a convenient location. Management is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Overall, I'm really happy here.

I have to say that I am really appreciative of the management staff and maintenance staff . They have been incredibly helpful. If I have an issue they waste no time in fixing the issue . Everyone is very caring as well. My oven broke the day before thanksgiving. I thought I wouldn’t be able to cook for my family but management wanted to make sure we could celebrate and maintenance brought us a new oven !! I am super grateful for them . The neighbors are peaceful, kind and welcoming. This place has been a blessing to us .

I love living here. My neighbors are amazing. For the most part people do have their dogs on leashes and walk them in designated place. Lawn is maintained well. The office ladies are amazing and the maintenance guys too. I’m so happy to call Country Village of Bonham home. I have been here 5 1/2 yrs.
