Xclusive Management is totally the worst Company. I've been on the Board of Director's, and still nothing got done with the other Management. There is a need for Management along with Maintenance. Call up Xclusive Management, and apply for a Maintenance Career. The Pool workers finally fixed one of the Pools, but now the Whirlpool is totally gone. I want all my Amenities back when I purchased. My Pool is changed where you can't use it. Trees were cut totally wrong, yet other Trees are over the Apartment, which needs to be trimmed back somewhat. Umbrellas are missing along with lounge/Chairs to go to our Community Pool. People charge their cars in our Community. I was never told if this could be allowed. Who is paying for using this kind of equipment? The Driveway needs reconditioning alo
