Emerald dunes apartment is a lovely place to call home. The staff is very friendly and polite. Ms.Sherleen and Ms.Ambettr are really helpful in answering all questions. It's a breath of fresh air to deal with office staff that's respectful and understanding. I appreciate the maintenance team as well whenever something is wrong they come out in a reasonable time frame. Grateful to call this community home.

Anytime I have an issue or need assistance, they take care of it quickly and with a great attitude. I’ve lived at Emerald dunes for about 7 to 8 years now and my experience there is very wonderful. The management team Miss Ambetter and Miss Sherleen is very nice professional, helpful caring and treat each residence, including future residence with respect and kindness, the Maintenance team is very good better than a lot of apartments that I ever been at you put in a request for maintenance and they’re there that same exact day sometime evening minutes they come to make sure that everything is good. The apartment is very clean and the amendments is up-to-date The exterior of the apartment is clean, beautiful quiet if you want a peaceful, quiet, living, emerald dunes should definitely be your first choice

In these times where they charge a kidney for places lacking amenities, I surely appreciate this place. My A/C recently broke and the maintenance staff went above and beyond to fix it. The gentlemen Gabriel & Anthony took their time to make sure my A/C was working and came back again to make sure everything was good. In the office, Sherleen, helps with everything and makes sure every resident is equally taken care of.
