They have their presidents and neighbors making deals with tow truck company Alpine Tow Trucking to tow cars. I live in this area and have had my car towed twice, once for covering my other car at guest parking and the second time was because I was parked at guest parking which is right in front of my house for more than 12 hours. Keep in mind, I went to work with my car and did some grocery shopping and came home around 5pm. When I woke up at 4am, my car was already towed and at their lot. Once I get to the lot, they explained that they have “watchers” call them who are home owners living in the community and they make a commission out of these calls to the tow truck company. Been living here for almost 23 years and I can count on 1 hand how many times I’ve seen that pool open. The association and a schedule up that never gets followed the people that do be over there are rude when you ask about the pool I have 2 kids that love the water and I have to search every hot day for a pool because the one in our neighborhood is never open 😑

Association is horrible. I wish I wouldve never purchased my home here. I have a termite infestation and cannot tent my home due to the fact that it is 7 units and only 1 neighbor is on board to tent. We all have termites yet association does not care to help with the problem. So Im just suppose to let my newly remodeled home get eaten by termites
