I had a great tour experience thanks to Thomas—he was extremely helpful and made the process smooth and comfortable. The apartments are fairly new, clean, and nicely designed, and the amenities are definitely a highlight. I’m still weighing my options since I’d be downsizing from a larger space, but this property is definitely one I’m strongly considering.

Just renewed my lease for the second time. Staff is good and amenities could be bigger. Mainly dealt with Jalissa when I needed something done. professional and knowledgeable. if I can’t speak with her, my emails are answered almost immediately. Based on the reviews, it seems that things just didn’t go their way. Constance is nice and goes over and beyond everytime. Other leasing agents Mina has a dry attitude and lazy but maintenance is fair and respond to work orders. Overall, I am satisfied with my decision to renew. Looking forward to improvements though.

I moved in a month ago and so far everything is great. Constanta is the best administrator here; she always has a smile and is always helpful. Since I arrived, she's been the only one who's been kind to me. The building has a pool, gym, and children's play area, as well as plenty of green spaces for walking your dog. Overall, it's very good.

I want to thank Constanza for all her help during the apartment rental process. From the very beginning, she was professional, clear, and patient in answering all my questions. She guided me step by step, explained the requirements, and was always available to support me. Thanks to her dedication and commitment, the process was much easier and faster. I highly recommend her for her excellent work and kindness.

Oak Enclave has serious security and management issues. The environment feels unsafe and poorly controlled. The gym and other common areas are often vandalized with no supervision, and cleanliness is consistently lacking. The strong smell of marijuana in shared areas is persistent and reflects the lack of rule enforcement. Management does not respond effectively or address ongoing concerns. I would not recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and peaceful place to live.
