Wyndhaven Apartments

My experience here has been 👍 ..wyndhaven always have had problems with staff leaving... my apt keeps very warm in the winter. But since mission rocks and the new owners came in I too am having problems with getting my maintenance done. Also I know too well about problems neighbors and am noise.. also I hope this new company can change the concerns we as tenants around.. we need to give them a chance to make things better at wyndhaven has alot of good here.. Talk to your manager about noise complaints. Bad management they even lost my rent , never returned calls , repairs sucked . Parking sucked , no one in office , cars always broken into , unsafe park , keeps being sold to new property managers and just too many issues …. Unsafe dont even deserve 1 star . My neighbor had electrical issues . Avoid this place if you value honesty, safety, or basic communication. Living here has been nothing short of exhausting. The management and office staff are consistently unresponsive and, when they do respond, it's often with attitude. Maia in particular has a horrible demeanor, she acts like she hates her life and couldn’t care less about the tenants she’s supposed to be helping. They frequently leave the office for hours during posted business hours without warning, locking the doors and leaving residents and guests in the dark. This also means tenants can’t access their mail or packages, which, for some, includes critical medications. This property has gone significantly downhill under the current management. The manager, Parsam, is unapproachable, stays in his office most of the time, and seems to lack the knowledge or willingness to properly assist tenants. He is often disrespectful ,especially towards women, and raises his voice instead of addressing issues professionally. The previous office staff was attentive, respectful, and genuinely cared about the residents. Unfortunately, it seems those valuable employees have left due to The property Manager (Parsam) as he even treated his own employees horrible.
