Tessera at Orenco Station

Hello, 22 year-old undergraduate former foster youth here! I admire Tessera's team and how committed and dedicated they are when it comes to their residents and prospects. My experience overall has been great and I am going to miss Tessera at Orenco Station, the team, the beautiful floor plans, the evening walks, I'm even going to miss their delicious coffee! The 25 months I've spent here will be dearly missed along with the memories and lovely conversations I've had with the team. I recommend living here and getting to know the team as well even though it is not required, they are real people with real personalities who are dedicated to their work and helping their residents/prospects. I have recently decided to make this apartment building home in no small part to Chloe. She is so kind and put up with all my emails as questions popped into my head that I needed answers to. She answered everything and in such a timely manner. The building is gorgeous and has great amenities I am glad I chose this as my place to live!

I was recently on the hunt for a new apartment and loved touring this place. The grounds are kept clean, the staff are very friendly, communicative, and responsive, and all the tenants that I ran into seemed to like living here too. I loved the finishes in each unit. I think the space as a whole is designed really well. I did end up choosing a place closer to Portland, but would've loved to live here if not for my job location! Maybe in the future...

I had a great experience touring the apartment! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and checked all the boxes. The office team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable—they answered all of my questions and made the tour feel easy and stress-free. Although I’m not planning to move until next year, I’m definitely keeping Tessera Apartments as my number one choice. Thanks again to the team for such a positive experience!

My wife and I stayed at Tessera at Orenco Station for 18 months. There were a few hiccups at first with new owners. The transition was a little bumpy to begin with due to many repairs that were required. Sean the new manager worked diligently to oversee these matters despite having to deal with substandard contractors being used by the previous owners. With Sean’s, and assistant manager Chloe much has been accomplished. Also the present maintenance team, led by Christian, is quick to respond to any issues we may have encountered. They completed the matters efficiently and thoroughly with a great attitude each time. Thank you to Sean, Chloe and office staff for, and to the maintenance team for making this a comfortable stay for us. And showing real concern and respect to both of us. Vince a
