Stillwater Apartments

We lived here for three years and the only reason we're leaving is because we're buying a house. Easily the best place I've ever rented from. Sashia and Matt do a phenomenal job running the complex, and their care and attention really shows. If you're looking for a place and there's availability here, you'd do well to consider it for your new home!

I highly recommend these apartments, the installations are very nice and the staff is the best part of everything, they work so hard and are always very polite and kind. The price is fare, I spent a good time looking around before I found this place and the price is good in comparison to others. I did live here for 3 years, never had a problem and now I'm moving out because i got my own house, otherwise I would stay here. Kudos guys, you are the best staff I have ever met!! :-)

Lived here about 2 years now, management staff including maintenance man and always friendly and accommodating. There always so nice . They throw little events and parties for both adult and children. The apartment complex is nestled in some big pretty trees at night you can hear owls, and in the morning you can hear the birds sing to each other. The complex its self is always maintained nicely from the parking lots to the paint. As far as apartments go it’s a pretty quiet place. Really like living here.

I lived at Stillwater Apartments for 7 years with no complaints. By far the longest I've stayed in one apartment complex. Sashia and her staff are incredibly nice and very professional. Matt and the maintenance crew are very responsive to any mechanical needs inside the apartment. During my time there, Stillwater replaced the roofing twice, re-painted the exteriors, and repaved the parking lots - so they care about the upkeep on the apartments and maintain them well. It really does have a cozy community atmosphere there. My patio was right in the middle of the forest of giant pine trees in the back of the property. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to leave a review. I lived at Stillwater a couple of years ago and could not recommend it more. Saisha was an absolute joy to rent from - her management of the apartments, I think, is what made the biggest difference. She is kind, welcoming and beyond helpful. The apartments are nice, are kept up well and the patios are incredible with lots of space and surrounding trees so that it feels more private. If ever in Hillsboro again, I would rent here again.
