Westwood Property Group is wonderful! We were plopped in Tawnya’s lap with a pretty urgent need to get our property rented with terms that other property managers weren’t willing to work with. She went above and beyond for us. She presented us with multiple options as we were hitting crunch time. As a tenant, you can’t pay them with card or direct deposit, only cashiers check. Super annoying to have to go to the bank every month and physically drop off the check at their building. I just want to rent from a place that autopay so you’re not stuck having to do extra chores every month to get a check. Get with the times Westwood, even grocery stores don’t accept checks anymore Don’t trust their move out notices either. They aren’t cool enough to verify 30 day notice until you’re within those 30 days. They can charge you extra rent from your deposit this way. Example: if you are supposed to be out by April 1, they will send you an email March 5 asking if you got their lease renewal letter four months prior. Thinking you had a 12 month lease, you now realize you actually had a 11.5 mo
