Wyld Oaks

I'm so excited to be part of the growth happening in the Apopka community, especially with everything going on at Wyld Oaks! It's amazing to see how much the area is evolving, and I feel lucky to be here during such an exciting time. I can’t wait to try all the new restaurants and explore the family-friendly spaces popping up—there’s so much to look forward to! Whether it’s a weekend out with friends or making memories with family, Wyld Oaks is shaping up to be a place where community truly comes alive. Let’s grow together!

This is so exciting!! With the 429's latest construction updates, Wyld Oaks is going to be a bright spot during our weekend trips traveling between Sanford and Mt. Dora! Just what this stretch needs. Very cool that it's planning to have some shopping in here too, and hopeful to see the sense of community the outdoor green space and venue for local events can build.

When will real development start? How many years until it actually begins - just dirt and empty land. Not one structure. Not one foundation. And, the majority of these reviews look like bots.

We moved from Winter Park/Audubon Park area. This project is 20’ walk from our new home. We are excited to hear the new upcoming options in restaurants, shops and outdoor living. We keep on driving back to WP because there is nothing comparable to do around this area. Can’t wait for this project to be completed and for more to come.

It is refreshing to learn that Wyld Oaks is being designed for a broad spectrum of consumers (not just wealthy folks) that want to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer. The inclusive plans will be attainable for a broad spectrum of young families, single people with work from home jobs, commuters, and even retirees! Apartment & condo developers, retailers and food & beverage operators are going to have the chance to earn the loyalty of thousands of new customers at Wyld Oaks!
