Pointe at East Shore Apartments

This past Saturday, my husband and I did a tour with Aria And she was very friendly and showed us everything. The tour was a good experience. We’re looking into a one bedroom apartment as we Looking to move by the middle of April as our lease is up April 30 where we live now. My husband really liked and felt a good vibe within the atmosphere in this complex. Hoping and praying we become residents at Pointe at East Shore. Thank you Aria for your time to show us around.

I recently moved into this apartment complex and couldn’t be more pleased. The community lounge offers engaging activities, including games like pool and Scrabble, making it a great place to unwind and socialize. The gym is well-equipped with a variety of accessories, catering to all fitness levels, and the pool is consistently clean and inviting. The apartment’s amenities truly enhance the living experience. The staff is prompt and efficient in addressing any concerns, and I commend the maintenance team for their swift response to issues. I have to recognize David from the leasing office for the amazing tour and made us feel welcomed. Overall, this is an outstanding place to call home.

We have been living at Pointe East for about a year now. We love the area and the apartment complex. The staff was incredible from the moment we stopped in to find out more information before moving in and throughout our residence. Big thanks to David, who was our leasing agent, he is the best. He was so helpful and made signing the lease so easy and stress free! We really appreciated all of his help. The office and maintenance were always professional, quick and efficient with any questions and concerns. We would give this complex 10 stars if we could. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone and everyone.

This complex is very nice and the units are very beautiful. We got the opportunity to speak to David and I will say that he is a very kind and down to Earth person. He made me feel as if I could ask all the questions I needed until I was clear. Within our interactions he does a great job at maintain professionalism but still making you feel like you are interacting with an actual human being. He is a great worker.

Moving into the Pointe at East shore has been such a wonderful experience!! The units are spacious and very well maintained, the grounds are stunning, it truly feels like your living at a resort :-) The staff is supreme. David and Aria were so kind through the move in process. The Maintenance staff is equally as helpful! Joesph Nichols is so nice and willing to help with anything you need - he took such pride in fixing the evaporator coil in our A/C Unit in a timely manner. He treated our place like it was his own, very professional in a cleanly manner - it's evident he takes great pride in his work. Joseph, head of maintenance is equally as helpful. Thank you to all the staff for making this transition to Florida a pleasant one. We highly recommend The Point at East Shore.
