The staff is professional warm and friendly. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Very accommodating. I also feel safe and secure. Adrian politely explains and answers all my questions concerning any concerns I may have or encounter. He is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and caring.

I had a water leak in bathroom (toilet tank bolts) Adrian was there 1st thing in morning cheerful and ready to fix it and any other issues I had. He had it and another work order completed quickly. I was pleasantly surprised it was done that fast. This would have been a 5 star if my bathroom rugs hadn’t been totally ruined…… we will see how replacing them goes.
