J. Ardin at Apopka

I moved to my beautiful apartment home in November 2025 and I made a great choice! This community has not disappointed me thus far! My space is beautiful all full size appliances, which give the apartment that at home feel. There logo as you enter the apartment complex states Refine Living and it stands up to that statement! This is not your cookie cutter apartment style apartment. It has very nice character you will not be disappointed! And let’s not forget the staff! They’re sone of the most professional and on point quick to respond people! From the maintenance crew to Property Manager Andrea, Manager Tyler and the other young lady in the office everyone is very friendly and helpful in answering any questions or concerns that you have. My fiancé and I are getting married/ moving to Apopka at the end of this year. We chose to tour J. Ardin in the Summer of 2025. Ever since then, we have fell in love with the facility, staff, and environment. We knew that this is the place we want to start our new season in. The staff (even remembering our faces when we came for a second tour), social media, updated website changes, timely emails etc. all show intentionality to future tenants. We are so excited to be on this process of moving in soon!

I moved to J. Ardin from out of state, and the whole experience was incredibly smooth. I’ve absolutely loved living here—the community is well cared for and has a great mix of friendly residents. It’s quiet but super convenient to highways, and there’s a new shopping center with a Publix being built right across the street. Maintenance is very responsive and the entire office staff is great. When my AC broke, they jumped on it right away, kept me updated, and even installed a temporary unit until it was fully fixed. The pool and gym are always clean, there’s ample parking, and the valet trash service is reliable. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about this property and highly recommend living here.

What truly makes this place feel like home is Andreia. Chiquirra Is absolutely the BEST person to take you through the whole process from start to finish. When we toured the complex, she was so helpful in answering our questions and showing us around. She was a big part of why we chose J. Ardin because of her kindness and easy communication. Even to this day, she is always going above and beyond for us. We are so happy that we chose J Ardin and have found that it is quiet, clean, private, and just gorgeous.
