Alicia and Charles are extremely unprofessional and rude property managers. I quote “ if the leek has been going on for a year it must not be that bad”. Open hole in ceiling and leaking water into apartment. Rude to potential customers, rude to tenants , unwilling to do their job as property managers . It is their responsibility to make sure repairs are done in a prompt manner and communicate with maintenance and tenant. Their responsibility to insure safe property for tenants and the owner of said property. They take advantage of people and just collect the rest.

From the moment I have moved in to current they have taken care of any request in a timely and efficient manner, and to be honest I didn’t need to ask for much!!!

Best landlord/property management folks we've ever had! Erin is a rockstar! We're going on 5(?) years in our apartment and we are so happy where we live. Anytime there's an issue it's fixed immediately and the communication is top notch. (The maintenance crew are rockstars as well! Like family!) They care about their tenants and make sure we're informed about natural disasters or any other concerns. I just can't say enough great things. ❤️ If we ever move, it will be to another one of their properties!
