My stay was overall pleasant, though it carried a strange mix of atmosphere and stillness. The location itself was central and easy to reach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and functional. Service staff were polite and helpful whenever approached. However, some areas could benefit from a little more attention and warmth to make the experience more inviting. Despite this, the stay provided comfort, convenience, and a peaceful environment. With a bit more energy and detail in the ambience, it could become an excellent place to return to.

We had such a wonderful stay. Plenty of natural light, the space was clean, it was easy to reach staff with any questions, staff also checked in with us often to make sure that our stay was going well. Great area to stay, pretty quiet and we were a walk away from a lot of great restaurants and attractions. A nice 15- 20 min walk and we were on Canal st. The walk in shower in the master bedroom was a plus with hot water and great water pressure!

This is my “ Go To “ place when I am in New Orleans!! Whether I am there on business or a family get away this is where we stay. For business I have hosted many guests who were equally impressed!! First off, the view of the city is amazing! From the loft you get a 360 degree panoramic view of the city. Secondly, the condo is very spacious and has floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors. The kitchen is gourmet all the way. The condo is always fully stocked and the decor is upscale.There is ample off street parking directly in front of the building. Speaking of the building, it is an a fantastic location, close to the WWII museum, Contemporary Arts Center and within walking distance of many of New Orleans’ finest restaurants. This place was perfect for our group. We traveled to New Orleans for a work conference and we were within walking distance of the convention center. LiivUP NOLA provided us a comfy place to rest with enough space for everyone and all of our things. They even provide ear buds which I thought was very thoughtful and useful! The kitchen has utensils and cups, also a keurig with coffee pods, sugar and powdered creamer. Overall it’s a great space in a convenient location!

The owner was very friendly, communicative, and helpful in choosing our space and accommodating our timing upon arrival/ departure. The home was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and stocked with plenty of essentials. Very open and cozy space, filled with natural lighting and positioned in a walkable area. My only note is there is limited parking available in the surrounding area, and what was nearby wasn’t free. We would absolutely stay here again! David was an amazing host.
