These guys were nice, and they got me a mortgage with odd circumstances. However, when they went to sell my loan, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac wouldn't purchase it as my interest rate was too high to fit into federal parameters. Aka my interest rate was too high when compaired to the base line and was considered predatory. They ended up making my rate a point lower and they paid for a second round of closing costs in order to sell my loan. My loan was sold to a bottom of the barrel servicer and they have been a nightmare to deal with. I don't know enough about this industry to know if this company is at fault for all these issues, but if I had it to do again I would shop my loan with a few other companies.
