If you are a first-time home seller as I was (single mom who waited years to feel comfortable enough to sell!) I can assure you, you have nothing to worry about. The process of selling was new to me and I felt very emotional about taking the plunge, and yet all went smoothly, and she didn’t miss a detail, managing all the moving pieces.
