Working with Patrick was great. He worked with us on being able to come out on short notice (next day) to accommodate our schedule and timeline. During the inspection itself, he was very thorough, friendly, and happy to answer any questions we had. He was good about pointing out any areas of attention and providing general approaches to maintenance/upkeep along the way. Especially given the limitations due to the weather, Patrick did an excellent job getting us the information we needed about the house. Great experience and would definitely recommend!
