Poor First Impression – Lack of Basic Professionalism Today 2/20,/26, I stopped by 333 Ellington because I was in the neighborhood and looking for a new place to call home. Since I didn’t have a formal appointment, I wasn’t expecting a full tour immediately, but I did expect a basic level of professional courtesy and information. After being buzzed into the building by the leasing office, I walked in and noticed a leasing agent was already speaking with a couple. Not wanting to be intrusive, I took a seat in the waiting area. I sat there for a short while before the agent and the couple walked out of the office to begin their tour. Despite the fact that I was the only person in the waiting area, the leasing agent didn’t even make eye contact or acknowledge my presence. She simply walked

Tiffany and Eunice are true gems. This is the best apartment building that I have ever lived in. All the amenities, the friendly staff and neighbors… I feel truly safe and blessed. The gym is absolutely stunning.

Eunice and Tiffany are AMAZING! They are extremely kind, knowledgeable and great communicators. They helped with making sure I had all the information for move-in day and were a huge part in making my move into the apartment so smooth and easy. They continuously go above and beyond with providing helpful tips and with all the little things that come along with living in an apartment. The apartment and building are clean and dog friendly, in a great location. I’m very happy with the decision to rent here!

I’ve lived at 333 Ellington and have always tried to be a respectful, rule-following resident, but I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed by how I’ve been treated over a recent issue. I was charged $1,300 for an “unauthorized party” after hosting a three-hour gathering. I arrived early that morning to quietly set up and clean — the room was empty for most of the day. Two staff members came in while I was setting up. I was transparent that the room wasn’t reserved, and they said nothing about any hourly fee. They only told me that in the future, the room should be reserved with a deposit. I immediately offered to do that on the spot, but they said they weren’t working and couldn’t process it. There was no clear communication or posted rule explaining when a resident must reserve the spa

I moved here a year ago and it has been the best decision ever. Staff has always been friendly and helpful however, once Tiffany and Eunice arrived, I have been blown away. They have truly become family. From professionalism, kindness, and willingness to ensure resolution. I can't forget maintenance. Although the property is less than 2 years old, Thomas is always available for any request. Fast, professional, and gets the job done right. The location is great as well. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and much more. Thank you Ellington Family!
