Residences at Rio

I had a great experience living at this apartment community. The management team was truly excellent—very kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. Whenever I had a question or needed help, they were always responsive and willing to assist right away. Especially, Michael has been the best person to handle your concern! Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. Overall, the management made living here stress-free and comfortable. I really appreciate how well they take care of their residents and the property. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community.

The Residences at Rio is by far the best apartment experience a young professional one could ask for. In addition to the Rio shopping center is literally right across the street, and downtown crown is only 5 minutes away on foot, the apartment building itself is right around the corner from I-270. The apartment building itself is well maintained and management is responsive, and although the elevator feels a little slow at times, it works. I love using the fitness center; it's practically a private gym with a great set of equipment, and the pool / tennis courts are a huge plus! In-unit Washer and dryer, HVAC , flat utilities fee, and Pet friendly too!

I have lived at RIO since October 2020 and I moved in with a 2 month old baby. When I tell you they leasing office made everything so easy… living here has been the most stress free building I’ve ever lived in. I came from the Arlington area to here and it’s great living in the area by the lake but it’s also just as great having such a kind staff. From the maintenance man Chavez who fixes everything within a day or two to the leasing manager Michael, who really sold living here to me (not to mention came to the building on thanksgiving to correct an issue we were having with the door due to updates), to the housekeeping of the building. My family and I have lived here for over a year. Living here has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is really kind and helpful and friendly. The grounds are really well kept and clean and you can tell that pride is been taken in the up keep of the property. Maintenance always responds quickly and is timely. This complex is the perfect place to live. All the amenities you could ever want are here so look no further. We have been living in this apartment from last 2 years. It has great location. The people are friendly and the staff is always willing to assist if you have trouble. I appreciate the kind people around my family. I moved here because of good schools, but I am willing to continue even my son goes to college. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.
