Adam Gruber is one of the nicest managers I have met. As you see below he has great reviews. However, he has people under him who needs more training in dealing with tenants. I had to go directly to him multiple times because some of the staff are very rude. However, Adam was always there being nice. Ro was also very cool. Very nice property gated safe community. Only thing is they need better maintenance..

Adam is one amazing guy. His has both a professionalism and ability to relate to potential tenants. We ended up not leasing with one of the properties he manages but the level of service and understanding towards my families needs was exceptional. -Karen

Quieter than most complexes, much more quaint set up, which was quite pleasant in a high traffic college town. Beautiful and spacious apartment, but not necessarily worth the price. Nice enough neighbors & office contacts. My biggest concern is that security appears strong, but was mediocre. Gate(s) we’re frequently broken or faulty and my car was broken into even in my assigned underground parking spot.

This is a scam. They made a post on Craigslist. When you call they ask for all sorts of information and then say they don’t have anything available. Now they have my name, email, phone number and monthly budget but would not answer a simply question is the available unit upstairs or downstairs without getting all my info. I’m sure I’ll be getting tons of scam calls when they sell my information. Beware !!!!

I just moved in and the building is beautiful. It’s in a nice neighborhood with great schools .
