Lassen Village Apartments

We moved out of our apartment about 6 months ago, after living there for about 7 years. We truly loved having our home there and just needed to be closer to our jobs, otherwise we would have stayed. Ashley is a very kind property manager and was always gracious with our concerns and needs. Vincent, the lead for maintenance, was especially helpful. He was always committed to doing his best for us, even with the small things. His team was always very kind and respectful when in our unit. We appreciated having such a comfortable and reliable place to live for so long.

I hate it here. The leasing staff couldn’t be less equipped to manage relationships with tenants. It’s easy to be nice when you’re trying to lure prospective tenants but once that application is filled out, the customer service is out the door. Some of my issues include my apartment not being in move in condition on my move in date. Hard to reschedule when you procured services from a moving company and there’s a three hour requirement for hiring them. I was then confronted by Ashley about moving in when the apartment wasn’t ready. What was I supposed to do? Tell the movers to go home, nevermind come back in a week? What was I supposed to tell my previous landlord? Instead of Ashley being respectful and sympathetic about getting a filthy apartment, she was aggressive and confrontational b

I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, and I absolutely love it here! The community is always clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Additionally, the management really takes care of the property and the residents, which makes living here such a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate how responsive and welcoming everyone is. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment!

Ashly and Jenny are absolutely amazing! They’re always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly in the community. Couldn’t ask for a better team in the rental office!

Lived there for the better part of a decade. The staff is wonderful and the complex is well kept. There are times where utilities need to be worked on (swimming pool, elevator, etc), and that can feel a bit slow, but with how quickly the staff takes care of maintenance requests one has to assume the issue lies with ordering parts and not the staff. Individual apartment requests get taken care of quickly, and there's always someone who can help. Ashley in the leasing office has been there longer than we were, and she has not changed from the kind and caring person we met her as. She will be sure to take care of you, along with the rest of the staff. Shout out to Vince with the maintenance team!
