The Villagio

I’ve had an excellent experience living here. Karen does an outstanding job with communication and always goes above and beyond to assist residents. The maintenance team is efficient, professional, and quick to resolve any issues that come up. The property is well-managed, clean, and maintained beautifully. I highly recommend moving in — it’s one of the best communities I’ve lived in!

If you’re looking for a piece of Tuscany in the San Fernando Valley, look no further. We moved here almost 5 years ago and it has been a really great experience, although we may have to leave due to needing a bigger place. This apartment building was always quiet, kept up, management and the maintenance staff were amazing. The pool, gym and other facilities were always immaculate. Maintenance request? Done in 24hrs or less. This is what makes leaving so difficult. We’ve been looking for other homes due to a growing family but the bar has been set high. If you’re looking for. A great place don’t sleep.

I have been living here since the past two years, my experience here has been amazing. The common areas such as the pool, courtyard and the gym are beautifully maintained. This was my first apartment in LA, the apartment was very spacious and very clean, the balcony had an amazing million dollar view ! Karen is very helpful and kind ! and the staff is very efficient with maintenance requests. I would recommend villagio apartments to anyone looking for a safe and cute apartment with a great community in northridge!

I have never felt more at home in any other apartment complex than I do here at The Villagio. The day I dropped by to see the vacant unit, it was already nearing closing time and I thought I’d be turned away. Not only did they let me see the unit, they stayed after closing to give me a full tour of the premises. Right from the get-go it was clear to me why this community has so many 5-star reviews. Brian went above and beyond in guiding me through the move-in procedures, which helped my move feel like a breeze. What I especially love about The Villagio is that we have the option to text management our questions/concerns. It’s easier than drafting a formal email, feels comfortable like texting a friend, and they have a great response time. They make themselves available and truly care about

I moved in about a month ago and the whole process has been smooth. I moved from out of town and was not able to see the apartment in person but was accommodated with a virtual tour. I love the apartment and all its features. I had an issue however with the rubber rim of my fridge peeling off and was given a brand new fridge the next day. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful apartment complex!
