The Ridgeview

I’ve lived here for almost three years and I’m sad to leave! The apartment building is well managed, prompt with fixing issues, and the staff is always polite and ready to help! The apartment is reasonably priced and clean. There’s never trash on the grounds or in the common areas. Over the years and roommates, Emily (apartment manager) and Ridgeview staff have been accommodating, friendly, and quick with requests. Anytime I had a question (from when I first signed the lease) to resigning, Emily and her staff were always there to help. I’ve never waited for more than a few hours for a maintenance request. When requests are fixed, they are fixed well and you don’t have to call or email back and forth to follow up. Online maintenance requests and rent payment make it so much easier to live

I've had an incredibly smooth experience interacting with the property management here. Responses are prompt and helpful. The application process had full support from real humans. The amenities are in good shape, and I have no doubt that management would take action on maintenance if there was ever a problem. Communication with tenants is proactive. This place is a GOOD example of how an apartment should be run.

I have been living at The Ridgeview for about a year. It is in a quiet, clean neighborhood and the management is absolutely amazing, especially Emily! Anytime I needed help with anything Emily was always available and ready to help in any way that she could. She always greeted me with a smile and was extremely caring and kind even when I was frustrated. I was actually happy to pay my rent every month because I could see how hard Emily and the other management was working to make a wonderful kid friendly community!

After frantically searching for a new apartment for my daughter because I had to get her out of the awful Reserve in Woodland Hills, we came across The Ridgeview for the second time actually. We looked at it one year earlier but selected Woodland Hills since it was closer to my daughter's school - BAD MISTAKE. So, when we revisited The Ridgeview we knew that was the perfect place. Emily Garcia, one of the managers, was such a delight. She was so professional, delightful, knowledgeable and thorough with us, we felt right at home. From our tour of the property and apartment, to the signing of the lease, the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. Just moved into The Ridgeview about a month ago and I love it! Serves as a perfect location for me and my girlfriend’s commutes, and has plenty of great shopping and dining options super close by. The rooms are spacious yet cozy, and I like the community too - very quaint and quiet and everyone is friendly. Especially the on-site manager, Emily! She was super helpful during my entire move-in process. The corporate side of things gave me a real hassle with needing a cosigner, but Emily helped me every step of the way and was super supportive and understanding. She’s honestly one of the big reasons we chose The Ridgeview over some other Carlo properties we were looking at.
