Village Pointe Apartments

This is a great place to live. Village Pointe offers a quiet community with a friendly staff, that is very helpful. The grounds are kept up with great amenities like a pool, hot tub, barbecue and a gym. There is no need to go to the park to walk your dog, Village Pointe has lovely grounds with trees and beautiful flowers to take a stroll. The pool area has tables to enjoy a picnic and lounge chairs to get a sun tan. They also have community events and parties great for the families and single people. I would have given them5 stars out of 5, so I am giving them 4 stars because the apartments are dated with older appliances but if anything breaks they fix it usually within a day or two.

Love my home. Annette and the team made it very easy for my husband and I during the application and move in process. The neighborhood is clean, well kept, and we’ve been warmly welcomed. The amenities are perfect and I feel so spoiled with the heated pool and spa. Maintenance team is excellent and timely, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience overall. I also love the seasonal spirit around here whether it’s Halloween or Christmas, it’s been so lovely.

Lived here for a little under a year now and happy with it. Every place has its pros and cons, but this is one of the best apartment experiences I've had in Los Angeles. I don't feel like there was anything they were hiding during the tour or application process, what you see is solidly what you get and they were very forthcoming. Review's pretty long, but this is what I tend to look for with apartments and what usually comes up when talking to others about the experience. The onsite team takes management of the property seriously. Complaints are addressed quickly, the property is meticulously taken care of and clean. Maintenance requests are usually handled same day. I recently moved in here to Village Pointe and from day one at applying for this place to getting approved and moving in was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever been through the staff are all very professional and caring and understanding and they are always willing to work with you and always available when you need them I feel very comfortable and at home living here and I feel safe and it's quiet and so far every other resident I have met have been nothing but nice everyone is friendly and caring here and I have felt nothing but welcomed here since I got here. I've lived here for a little over 2 years and have never had any major issues that management and on-site maintenance couldn't fix. Michael took care of our leasing agreement and he is fabulous and always refers to me by name! The apartment complex is pet friendly. Occasionally, I do hear a dog bark probably when they're left home alone as their owners are either at work or out, but not for a long period of time. But for a complex with animals, it's pretty quiet. Apart from the bbq grill stationed at the poolside for residents to use. Residents can also the have their own grill on their patio/balcony for grilling.
