Woodridge Park Apartments

Maintenance staff and manager literally don’t now what are they doing I have more than 3 months asking for them to fix plumbing problem and still not have fix the problem. Not recommended at all, I wish the manager put more time on fixing ours problems and not sitting on desk watching “security cameras” when we have people breaking into our cars they say sorry our cameras don’t work. Not recommended.

Residences here are weird, this lady at a unit is always yelling at her husband, they're always fighting especially at 1am and it sounds like some domestic abuse is happening, cops are constantly called on them, I feel bad for their kids. also weird grown men around here too, I wouldn't want my kids around. the place smells horrible, my friend's car was stolen from here. it's cheap, but for a reason

It's nice apartment. But the problem not enough parking.

I have been living in this Appartment for 3 years I really like the Appartment by itself. However, If you are looking to rent this appartment stay away from this place. Because It is a hassle to find a parking lot and the new manager is so rude to have a conversation with. We rent two bedroom and we were just fine for this long, but they assigned 1 parking lot for each Appartment which is not fair specially when you rent two bedroom. They have a visitor parking which is full all day bec some people have more than 3 car in one household. So bec of that I have to find a parking lot around after long shift work:( i see some cars not even moving more than 5 days at the visitor parking. Also I parked behind my car for an hour until we got ready to get out but i found out my car towed and end up

Woodridge Apartments is a very nice place. Lee the Assistant Manager is very professional and helpful. Barbra the Property Manger is very nice too. Good place to live.
