The Maverick

Looking for recommendations on a good Law Firm to sue this building for a few million if not more in lieu of being housed in the one unit out of the 229 units in this building directly above the building’s boiler system pushing all the pollutants up into our unit. Family and I was never informed that we’d be living directly above a boiler system pushing steam into our apartment 24/7. Not to mention all the drugs being smoked directly below us while the dumpsters are all being gone throughout the night. Also those dumpsters are all Meth contaminated by the way to just inform the residents as well as the maintenance staff to whom should be getting paid hazard pay moving them throughout the building to which I bet they’re not! Maverick is such a great place to live! I've been here for two months, and what I can say is how kind and helpful all of the staff are. They've been super accommodating, and they make it feel like a community which I really appreciate. Maintenance is really efficient and timely. It's a great location downtown, and there are lots of things to do.

Everything about the maverick is wonderful! The staff is so lovely and friendly too! They are so quick to get back to me whenever I do reach out to them. Maintenance is also on top of it as well. Anytime that I put in a maintenance request its fixed the same day. Living here has been such a great experience, and all the amenities are also a huge perk as well!

I have been a resident since day 1, and have definitely had only positive experiences. The people on my floor seem respectful, and it's a quite, courteous floor. I lived in a "luxury" apartment building downtown and experienced similar issues with noise, smell, homeless individuals that I see mentioned in other Maverick reviews, but for nearly 2x the rent. (Including hearing my next door neighbor using the bathroom because cement floors create weird sound patterns.) The staff does keep the common areas clean, neat, and maintained (including landscaping), both inside and outside. They have also been very responsive with issues I've had in the unit, from a noisy freezer fan to a leaking fire sprinkler. Yeah, the appliances are a little on the inexpensive side. The Maverick is the place to be! The staff are super friendly and down to earth. Kendra & Justine are awesome!!! They also work hard hosting family events for the residents. The Maintenance staff are responsive and wonderful! I am really appreciative of everyone's hard work. My daughter absolutely loves it here. I have not lived at a place like this before. I love how I do not need to go outdoors to take out trash/recycling and get my mail. The Maverick has great amenities. If you are looking at a place to live in Burien, I highly recommend that you check out The Maverick.
