Love the apartments insides. If my living experience were just based on that- 4/5 stars. But oh my god- this place is FILTHY. Trash, feces, vomit, needles and diapers everywhere outside. We have contacted management so many times to NO response, not even a “thanks for your input” BS. Based on that alone, we are going to move out. Also people sleeping right by both entrances. Harmless I’m sure, but for $2500 a month- I would expect at least a little effort in cleaning up around the apartment. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. 3/4/26: Lost a $600 deposit despite deep cleaning my unit after moving out because utilities for one month aren't charged until like 1-2 months afterwards. So the other $599.96 was applied to utilities for the last two months before I moved out + $195 cleaning fee. For all my troubles, I'm getting a check for 4 measly cents which I'm gonna throw straight into the trash. I had a list of "Pros" on this review, but this was my last straw (and really the only "pro" about this apartment is that the the units are nice) so I erased it. I've edited this review so many times because this place keeps giving me reasons to add on to it. The apartments themselves are actually pretty nice inside—sleek counters, decent closets, windows that don’t immediately make you question your life choices. If we’re just judging the four walls I pay for, I’d give it a generous 3.5 stars. Cute, even. Like a Tinder date that shows up looking exactly like their photos. But step outside those four walls? Sweet baby Jesus, it’s a post-apocalyptic biohazard theme park. The grounds look like a garbage truck and a diaper factory had an unsupervised weekend bender together. Trash bags ripped open like piñatas, used diapers flung around with Olympic javelin accuracy, mystery vomit puddles that have their own ecosystem, and—because why not?—the occasional syringe just chilling in the landscaping like it’s waiting for its Uber. Dog poop? Human poop?

I am very pleased with the apartment I have at Kinect @Burien. I have a two bedroom unit which I am setting up to be not only my living space but also my office and craft space. The staff - Melissa and Taylor - has been extremely helpful and supportive even when I told them I was painting a wall chroma green so I could do virtual backgrounds. Another reason I give the place 5 stars is illustrated by a recent issue I had with the in unit washer/dryer. The staff maintenance team lead by Mike was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. They had the parts in hand; no waiting for them to be ordered.

High-end end Apartment, not so high-end Living. 1. Weed smell- I see someone's review about weed smell. They smoke it all the time inside and right outside on the bench by the entrances front and back. 2. homeless people- They are always on the bench right by the entrance makes me feel unsafe to enter. I had to go to the other side, avoiding them a few times. They need to increase security. 3. Elevator down all the time. 4. False Smoke alarms - so many times even on the morning of Christmas day. What a way to ruin the holiday spirit 5. Parking fee -$275 6. Dehumidifier on 24/7- can't be turned off. Many of us are talking about it. It feels way too cold and unpleasant to take a shower. 7.
