Please never move here, genuinely. Ridiculously expensive for being miles away from seattle. Management is laughably incompetent and will lose important paperwork (switched management companies 3 times living there) . They will not fix integral amenities like your toilet/ washer/ dryer no matter how unusable they are. Works for a couple weeks on and off? Not our problem. Paper thin walls. You will hear all of your neighbors conversations and they wont do a single thing about 10+ noise complaints. Ive never experienced more incompetent management in my life. God forbid you ever want to go into the office to talk in person to anyone. Sign on the front door says back at 10? They'll be back at 2 if you're lucky. Does anyone here actually work? I was fortunate to have found my apartment at Desie . The staff and maintenance staff are amazing Qiara who was my leasing agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had a great energy and enthusiasm that made my experience like no other. I have been looking for my own place and after several months of looking I found Desie apartments. The variety of one , two and even three bedrooms were amazing. The leasing agent , Qiara was patient and was able to guide me thru the application process and lease proces. I moved in yesterday So happy Th A.K. you Desie staff The maintenance staff were efficient and prompt in Fixing a couple of issues I had .

Lived here for nearly 4 years. Formerly known as Cierra Commons, now Desie North. Went through so much change in management. Moved out in September and still have not received my security deposit back and probably never will. Have called many times and the few times the leading office answers, they claimed the check was mailed (to the correct address) and probably got lost in the mail. They won’t return your deposit to your original form of payment until 10 failed attempts with the check. I always ask for a follow up call/email about it and it never comes. The building is old and has so many problems. In the nearly 4 years living there there were 4 really bad water leaks. I haven't received my deposit back for over 2 months even after multiple emails and phone calls. They recently got back to me saying that the deposit check was sent and processed in the middle of September, which is not true. Also, I emailed them about the deposit at the end of September too and they said nothing about the check already being processed. Also, they said they will send the check again when I talked to them at the end of October but they didn't. Very frustrating. I do not recommend living at apartments owned by them. I lived in Cierra Commons a few blocks away which is also owned by Desie. Very unorganized and unprofessional.

We are going to move soon after 2 years here & I honestly had a pretty great experience in this apartment. Its really quiet. Management is so nice & maintenance comes really quick after order requests. The apartment community is super respectful about parking spots & they’re kind. It feels so safe here! I’ve never had a package stolen or any suspicious activity. The apartments are also pretty spacious, only downside is cabinet space/storage space but other that everything is pretty nice!
