I made a mistake when booking my tour online but the front office worked with me and were very kind when I arrived late. Lead maintenance guy is extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Beautiful complex.

My experience with Gabby and the office staff are awesome. They helped me step by step with the process with getting all the documentation needed as well as they uploaded them. Very friendly and willing to here me in what I needed.I know that they will be approachable with any problems or issues if I have any. Thank you so much, you are much appreciated 😊

I toured this complex a while back and have been putting off reviewing as i’ve never seen the point before but i have unfortunately yet to get over the blatant discrimination and disrespect i experienced communicating with this complex. While the grounds are clean and the apartments are old and spacious. The leasing staff, specifically Amber, she was one of the most horrendous leasing agents i have ever met in my entire life. Having her in your apartments office as a face of the complex is something i would seriously reconsider. She was severely uneducated on everything i asked her seeming borderline irritated that i had questions about the complex and the process and then as issues arose later due to her lack of knowledge she begin contradicting herself left and right and making it very

I’ve been renting this property for the past 2 years, and overall, my experience has been a positive one. The apartment has an open, spacious bedroom. The bath has a large tub for which I was extremely grateful. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, etc, and overall never had an issue with the appliances. The location is perfect. It’s within walking distance to cafes, grocery stores, close to Burien Downtown, and SeaTac. The property management team is responsive. Any issues I had were addressed, and the maintenance staff is always professional. For the price, I feel this property offers great value. The amenities and location more than make up for the cost. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience here and would highly recommend this property to anyone

As a previous resident, my advice is to look elsewhere. This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. A tiny one bedroom is $1700+ a month. You also have to pay $100 roughly a month for utilities. You constantly have other people parking in your designated spot and the staff is consistently unavailable and does nothing. As a mother coming home with kids, having to find a parking spot, was irritating, especially when the office did nothing about it. They have very few visitor parking spots that are always taken from the big families that live in one unit. They is always dog crap all over the little grass that exists within the building. The overall worst part is they advertise pools. The year I lived here, they had both pools closed and didn't open them until a week before Labor Day,
