Woodmont Station at Cranford

We rented a 2b/2b here for 8 months while looking for a house. We loved this apartment - super easy to commute to the city and very close to downtown. Everything in the building and on the property was well maintained and the management team (s/o Nivian) was superb. Maintenance was also quick to come the one time we needed them. We would highly recommend Woodmont!

We love Woodmont Station! All of the staff super friendly and helpful, and the residents are very friendly as well. Nivian has gone above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth transition while moving, and that we got acclimated to our new apartment. It is clear that they really care about making it nice and welcoming for everyone. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you are considering moving.

The good: - apartments have a good layout and good storage space - maintenance team is amazing - the grills are a great amenity - easy walk to train station The bad: - just hope that you never have any issues because management doesn’t want to help anyone. They will either feed you lies or send you what sounds like AI generated emails. Office door is closed half the day because they don’t want to deal with tenants. Can’t even call them directly because you have to chat with an AI assistant first. Literally so many layers of “we don’t want to deal with you” - the apartment windows are so terrible you can hear everything outside and there is a huge draft from them. Makes utilities expensive and some rooms are super hot or super cold - too many temporary/short term rentals leads to terrible

My lease is coming to an end in at few months at my current residence in Union. I’m a bit early but wanted a head start so I just began searching other communities and Woodmont station was my first stop. I was given a detailed and informative tour by a leasing professional, Nivian! She was able to answer all questions I had and was very welcoming. The curb appeal and upkeep of the community really drew my attention. The amenities are well kept & the complex is beautiful. I will definitely reach out closer to my move in date. I can’t wait to make Woodmont Station my new Home!
