Riverfront at Cranford Station

This review is overdue since I moved out a couple months ago, but this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I lived here 2013-2015 and then again in 2024-2025, and I was pleasantly surprised that the unit I lived in more recently, which I selected sight-unseen, looked as good as new. They used quality materials to build this complex, including real hardwood floors in the apartments, so everything had held up well over time. When I moved out, I received my full deposit back. Maintenance crew is responsive, friendly, and quick. The leasing office was organized, accessible and responsive. Rent is pretty reasonable for the area especially after the incentives. Just moved in. Oren, Jose and the rest of the staff were awesome! The apartment was perfect. Like new. The building is kept spotless. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who’d ask.

We moved here recently, and I can't say enough good things about this place. The apartments and common spaces are beautiful. Everything is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The office and support staff are amazing; any time we need anything, they are on it immediately. Everyone who lives here has been so friendly and welcoming, and the location is unbeatable--right in the middle of downtown and a three-minute walk to the train. I love living here!
