Birchwood Park

Birchwood Park is a well built apartment complex in Cranford. There are 225 units, 1and 2 bedrooms (some with a den that makes them similar to a 3 bed). 4 floors many balconies and lots of amenities. The Company built a park perfect to walk with a dog. There are benches and tables. Though it is fairly large, the color, type of construction and plenty of trees make the building fit the background and fade into the woods.

What a wonderful place to live! Can’t say enough about Birchwood Park. An amazing location with large, well appointed apartments and a staff that is most accommodating and super efficient. The property is always kept immaculate. We choose a 2B configuration and couldn’t be happier. As another plus, you will find the friendliest neighbors living there! Thank you Garden Communities!

Shortly after moving into Birchwood Park, I invited friends to social distance on the newly furnished terrace at Birchwood Park. One of my friends commented that it was so pleasant being here and felt like living at a resort! I LOVE my apartment. It’s bright and sunny and spacious. The staff is helpful and courteous and the super is responsive to any problems that arise. Leaving my home was bittersweet but coming here has made the transition so much easier.

Wow, where to start. When we first came to visit the property, it was May 2020. Only the 225 building was completed and Traci from day 1 has been amazing to work with. She is who walked us through securing a unit, signing a lease, moving in and now…moving out. Traci, THANK YOU for everything. Although we never had issues in our apartment just being able to walk past you every day and say hi, hang out and chat and then keep going was awesome. Thank you for seeing us and welcoming us with open arms to the neighborhood and overall Cranford area. Victor & Chris, thank you for always being kind and joking with us when we did have the few (literally less than 2) issues in the apartment during our time there. We’re loving our new apartment here at Birchwood Park, Cranford. We love the neighborhood and the location is easy access to everything. We love our spacious unit plus our balcony where we spend our quiet time with a beautiful view of nature. The staff are all wonderful. Special mention to Ms. Tracy and Sir Victor for always being so accommodating. Highly recommending this place! :)
